We have need of staff in the following areas:

• Training staff for our DTS and other UofN accredited schools we would like to establish on our base.
• Management for the various logistical areas of the base (transport, finances, maintenance ect…)
• Teaching staff for our pre-school

Depending on availability, staff and their immediate families can be housed on the property. YWAM Nampula is a wonderful place for families as we have a large fenced property with guards on duty every night.

As is the value in Youth With A Mission, each staff team member is responsible for their own financial needs. Once graduated from a DTS, the person or family will be coached in how to effectively communicate with family, friends and churches to raise their own salary as part of the orientation process.

Short term volunteers (2 weeks – 3 months)

Any Christian with a passion to serve the Lord but who has not completed a DTS may volunteer with us for up to 3 months. Like with the long-term staff, we do ask that they pay their own travel and living expenses while they are here.
